Simon & Felix are two english guys i had the chance to met
back in 1997. They released a bunch of albums under Basement Jaxx
and produced lots of different stuff. They were long before everybody into grime
and futuristic world music. I still don’t know why MIA or Santogold did not
call them to kick something. This “Lovely” song is pure gold.
I was looking into my 12″ collection the other day and realized
this was one of my top 100 tunes ever.
